"Company" refers to S.E.I. Staffing, LLC, a staffing and recruitment agency.

"Client" refers to any individual or organization engaging with our staffing services.

"Candidate" refers to any job seeker utilizing our services for employment opportunities.

"Services" refer to the recruitment, staffing, and employment-related solutions provided by the Company.

2. Use of Services

Clients and Candidates must provide accurate and complete information. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. The Company does not guarantee employment or placement for any Candidate.


3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must comply with all applicable labor laws and employment regulations. Clients are responsible for verifying the qualifications, references, and background of Candidates before hiring. Clients agree to compensate the Company as per agreed terms for staffing services rendered.


4. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates must provide truthful information in their applications and resumes. Candidates acknowledge that employment offers and placements are not guaranteed. Candidates agree to comply with the policies and procedures of any hiring Client.


5. Fees and Payment

Clients agree to pay all service fees as per the terms outlined in their agreements with the Company.

Late payments may be subject to penalties and interest charges. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.


6. Confidentiality

The Company, Clients, and Candidates must maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the recruitment process. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


7. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any employment disputes, misconduct, or financial losses resulting from placements. The Company is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.


8. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend services for Clients or Candidates at its sole discretion. Clients and Candidates may terminate their engagement with the Company with prior written notice, subject to any contractual obligations.


9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Louisiana. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation before seeking litigation.


10. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
